Tom Lane, now retired, is a former journalism faculty member at Cameron State University and Murray State College, both in Oklahoma.

Lane is a former reporter for the Daily Oklahoman in Oklahoma City and also worked part-time as a TV reporter for KTEN-TV in Ada, Okla.  He also worked in public relations as PR director for El Reno Junior College in Oklahoma.
