Mark Wright is the news editor for The TCU Magazine and the TCU Editorial Services department and has worked as a news reporter, sports writer, copy editor and assistant editor at several community newspapers owned by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Since 1997, he has served as a correspondent to the Star-Telegram, covering local government and education and high school and college sports. He has contributed freelance articles to the official Web sites of the Texas Rangers and Boston Red Sox and to daily newspapers in Austin, Temple and Corpus Christi.
